I am picking back up with publishing our daily specials.

Where did all the students go?

I thought once classes began it would pick up here. It just seems like no one is around. Where did all the students go? Last summer was definitely more busy. Any ideas??

Note to Customers...

Please check in with the cafe daily the next week or so about our hours. It has been incredibly slow, so we have been closing early. Normally, we are set to close at 4pm, but due to the lack of business we have been closing at 2pm. We apologize for any inconvenience.

For those of you that haven't noticed the signs that I have posted all over the cafe...we are closing at 6pm this week (Friday at 2pm). As summer approaches we are getting less and less business.

Next week we will be changing over to our summer schedule:
Mon-Thurs 8am-4pm
Fri 8am-2pm

Spring Break!!!

Hello faculty, staff, and students,

We will be closed 3/24-3/28 for spring break.
The cafe will also close early on Friday (2pm).
Signs will be posted as a reminder, but I just wanted to give everyone a heads up.

Vegetarians

Hello there all you vegetarian consumers!

I just want to make sure that the public is aware that we do have vegetarian options that are not on the menu (work in progress). You can get a veggie plate (basically a veggie burrito, but no tortilla, or you can have it on the side to put it together however you want), an avocado delight sandwich (fresh veggies, cheese, and avocado on bread of your choice), or you can always substitute veggies for meat on any dish.

We are working hard to create new veggie dishes so you are not always stuck getting veggie pizza, burrito, etc...

If you have any dishes that you would like to see here that are quick and easy please pass it on, I am always looking for something new.
